LEND LEASE

Speedpro have completed our works at Monash University Technology and Design Building (TEd Building) in Clayton for Lend Lease Building. Our scope included the forming, reinforcing and pouring of over 20,000m2 of slab on ground, conventional suspended slabs, composite metal deck slabs and hollowcore screeds.

Speedpro completed our works to this 5 level building in 6 months and we were awarded the initial feature walls and stairs external works package.
